RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed on him by an order of this Honourable Court made in Crl.OP(MD)No.18228/2018 dated 29.10.2018 in connection with Cr.No.515 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town North Police Station, Dindigul, Dindigul District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18228 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18228 of 2018 on 29.10.2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18228 of 2018 on 29.10.2018 is relaxed.
