ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's husband is having illegal intimacy with the second proposed accused and when the same was questioned by the petitioner, the proposed accused persons have assaulted the petitioner and also attempted to commit murder him. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 20.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
