RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.3392 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3392 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3392 of 2019 on 05.03.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3392 of 2019 on 05.03.2019 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
