This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to issue orders to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass and not to disturb the petitioners and their peaceful possession and enjoyment of their property vide judgment in 76/2015 dated 17.03.2015.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue orders to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass and not to disturb the petitioners and their peaceful possession and enjoyment of their property vide judgment in 76/2015 dated 17.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioners are not harassed.

4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are also directed not to harass the petitioners and also not to interfere with the civil dispute.

With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
