ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 12.01.2018 . 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.12 lakhs from one, Ismail / proposed accused in the year 2014, and at that time, he has signed in several blank papers and subsequently, he has repaid totally a sum of Rs.66 lakhs but the said Ismail / proposed accused is demanding exorbitant interest and hence, the petitioner has lodged a compliant on 12.01.2018, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, C.S.R. No.15 of 2018 has been issued and summons also sent to the petitioner, but the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry.

4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 13.02.2018, on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and proceed further in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner fails to appear on that day, then it is open to the second respondent to drop further proceedings. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
