2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul,in Crl.M.P.No.2850 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
