ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner and the third respondent are directed to appear for enquiry before the respondent police and that they appeared on 17.12.2022. Thereafter, again the respondent police asked them to appear before him and subsequently, they have not turned up. 3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.
4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. 2/4
