PRAYER :- C-33M. To modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P. 5892 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 with regard to the condition No.(ii) directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. For 15 days.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularaly, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.5892 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
