2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, even though the electricity poll is outside his property, the electrical lines are running through his property, which are obstructing construction activities. Since he wants to put up the construction on the property, he made a representation to the respondents for relocating the same. However, the said request has been rejected by the fourth respondent on the ground that the electricity service connections are being drawn only through the said pole.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that if the petitioner makes any fresh application under DWC Scheme, depending upon feasibility, the relocation of the electricity pole would be considered.
4. It is made clear that the service connection to the fourth respondent's property should not be affected in any manner. 3/5
5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the writ petitioner to file an appropriate application to the respondents 1 to 3 under the DWC scheme. Based upon the application, the respondent 1 to 3 are directed to proceed in accordance with law, depending on the outcome of the feasibility report. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
