ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today the matter was posted under the caption for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner is P.Maruthaiveeran, but it is wrongly typed as A.Maruthaiveeran and in Paragraph No.1 of the order dated 24.07.2015, it is wrongly typed as Section 302 of I.P.C., but the offence is Section 307 of I.P.C.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections. 5.Time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.
