Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the registered post and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No. 82 of 2020 and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
