Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Trichy District to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on merits in the event of their surrender in connection with Crime No.93/2019. ORDER:- This Crl.Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.AZHAGESON, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6055 of 2019, dated 26.04.2019, for

producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since there was some difficulty in arranging sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
