This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 to 5, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.22 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard, Mr.E.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Udhaya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.168 of 2016, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai.
