(Order of the Court was made by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) This Review Application is filed by the petitioner to reconsider the judgment passed in W.A.(MD)No.1024 of 2015, dated 06.10.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner has raised the very same grounds in the present review application as raised in the writ petition as well as in the writ appeal. The said grounds were already considered by the learned Single Judge of this Court as well as the Division Bench of this Court and were rejected. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not pointed out any error in the said judgment warranting re-consideration by this Court. Review Application is not an appeal and review petitioner cannot re-argue the matter.
