PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order dated 15.05.2019 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.6687 of 2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.6687 of 2019 on 15.05.2019

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are working as teachers and they are unable to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Hence he seeks to modify the said conditions.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are working as teachers and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6687 of 2019 on 15/05/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 18/06/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
