The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.842 of 2022 of Ammapet Police Station, Thanjavur.

Mr.M.Veeranthiran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police, after conducting investigation, had laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam in e-filing No.CCLTN20220001910C202400071 on 21.01.2024.
