To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail to him vide order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.19821 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14953 of 2025 dt. 05.12.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.19821 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14953 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days, ie., 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar month for two months and thereafter as and when required. The prosecution is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
