This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2014 pending before the second respondent police to any other investigation agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet on 15.07.2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.288 of 2014.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
