Pleased to grant an order of Suspend the sentence imposed by the judgment dt 19.10.2022 passed in C.A.No.128/2018 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track), Nagercoil confirming the judgment dt 05.09.2018 in C.C.No.180/2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate NO.III, Nagercoil pending disposal of the main CRL.R.C.

CRL MP(MD) No.1975 of 2023 Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 23.11.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.14395 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.1146 of 2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has not complied the condition for three days. 4.Even though the petitioner was not appeared before the trial Court for three days, considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
