2.Heard Mr.M.Gururaj, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed on 09.04.2014 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, but so far, the case has not been taken on file.
4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is directed to verify whether charge sheet has been filed on 09.04.2014 itself, and why it was not taken on file and submit a report to that effect to this Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
