ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.21 of 2015, at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 09.07.2015 in Crime No.21 of 2015, under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 109 I.P.C., but so far final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
