ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is residing in the petitioner's mother's property but the petitioner's brother and father trying to evict the petitioner forcibly from the said property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 30.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint, C.S.R. No.229 of 2017 has been issued and the enquiry is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
