O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to register the FIR against the accused persons based on the complaint given by the Petitioner on 22.5.2014 punishable under Sections 420, 498(A), 499 and 500 of IPC and Section 4 of women Harassment Act and to take appropriate action within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.05.2014, a case in Crime No.11 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 417 of IPC and Section 4 of women Harassment Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.11of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
