The present writ petition had been filed seeking a mandamus as against 1/3

the respondents to restore the drainage connection to the petitioner's building which was disconnected due to non-payment of property tax. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had paid property tax and the drainage connection has been restored. He had further submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.6968 of 2023, he has complied with the said order. 3.Recording the same, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
