ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2014, at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 05.02.2014 in Crime No.7 of 2014, under Sections 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C., r/w 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act, but so far final report has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after registering the First Information Report, investigation has been done and the case has been referred as mistake of fact on 07.02.2017 and to that fact a report has also been sent to the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply submitted that the petitioner has not been served any notice with regard to the disposal of the above said First Information Report. 5.Considering the above said submissions, the second respondent is directed to send RCS notice to the petitioner by RPAD within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
