ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent Police, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai to expedite the investigation in Crime No.107 of 2013, dated 05.09.2013 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation is going on.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
