The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the the second respondent to register the complaint of the Petitioner dated 26.4.2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.4.2014, a case in Crime No.5 of 2015 was registered by the respondent.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.5 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
