ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order, dated 05.04.2013, under which, the petitioner was directed to get No Objection Certificate from the co-tenants as well as the hereditary 2/5

trustee of the fourth respondent Temple for getting electricity service connection.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, he is no longer the tenant of the fourth respondent Temple and one Vadivel, is the new tenant of the Temple. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, so that, the new tenant, namely, Vadivel could file a fresh writ petition, seeking electricity service connection. Since the new tenant is in possession of the property, no orders could be passed in favour of the writ petitioner. In case, if the new tenant approaches this Court, the same could be considered on merits. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
