ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused by giving false promise that he would make arrangements for getting jobs to the 13 students received a total amount of Rs.35 lakhs and thereafter, he did not make any arrangement for getting job to the aforesaid students and also failed to return the said amount and on the contrary, he assaulted the petitioner with deadly weapon and also criminally intimated him and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 30.12.2017, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint, enquiry has been started and the same is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has sustained injuries, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
