ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil matter. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the land measuring 0.05.0 hectare situated in Survey No.30/5B2, by virtue of the sale deed, dated 17.12.1993. He further submitted that the petitioner started to construct a house in that land, but the third respondent without having any right in the said property gave a false compliant before the second respondent and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is preventing the petitioner from putting up construction.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after the receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He further submitted that the second respondent has not interfered in the alleged construction.

6.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
