ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.Aa 1/BNSS.164/88/2024, dated 06.01.2025 and further direct the respondents to conduct another peace committee meeting by giving sufficient opportunities to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that already the Kumbabishekam was conducted on 10.01.2025 and thereby, the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to conduct the Kumbabishekam, dated 10.01.2025 and now the Kumbabishekam has already been conducted in a peaceful manner, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
