ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.06.2015 and to investigate the matter within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint has been given on 06.06.2015 in person. 4.The above said fact is disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the second respondent in person on 04.08.2015 along with a copy of the complaint and along with his counsel and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
