Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the order of rejection on the file of the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli passed in Unnumbered O.S.No. /2016 dated 19.10.2016 by directing the Learned Family Court, Tirunelveli to take the plaint on its file and to dispose it of on merits in accordance with law by allowing this Revision Petition.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the period of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a Period of one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
week form the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
