ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.11.2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Nagalakshmi has encroached the property of the petitioner to an extent of 5 cents and fraudulently obtained patta for 7.5 cents including the petitioner's property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 25.11.2016, but so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

25.11.2016 and the same is pending for more than one year. Hence, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
