This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.114 of 2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Kamudi.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3.The petitioners are arrayed as A1, A3, A4 and A6 in C.C.No.114 of 2012 and charges have been framed against them as follows:

3. In the grounds raised, it has been stated that the matter has been compromised and there is no need to proceed further. A joint compromise memo dated 16.07.2015 has also been filed to that effect duly signed by the parties and attested by the learned counsel for the parties. The second respondent is also present before this Court and the second respondent has reiterated the same. This Court has perused the compromise memo. 4.Considering the submissions made and after going through the relevant documents including the offences alleged against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to quash the charge sheet as no useful purpose would be served by keeping the Charge Sheet any longer. Accordingly, the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.114 of 2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-cum- District Munsif, Kamudi, is quashed. The compromise memo shall form part of record. This petition is ordered.
