ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.363 of 2017, at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 04.08.2017 in Crime No.363 of 2017, under Sections 279, 337 I.P.C., but, so far final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4.The respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
