PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the third respondent in vide Na.Ka.No.257/2012/F3 dated 18.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the first and third respondents to initiate departmental proceedings against sixth respondent, directing the second and fourth respondents to initiate criminal proceedings against fifth and sixth respondents.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the third respondent herein, under which the third respondent has directed the writ petitioner to re-deposit a sum of Rs.18,902/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Two only).
2. According to the petitioner, she has never availed any loan for construction of the house from the fifth respondent Panchayat. However, 2/5
she has received the impugned order to the effect that she has constructed first floor in violation of the scheme and hence, the first instalment amount that was disbursed to the writ petitioner should be refunded. The said order is under challenge in the present writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader under written instructions submits that the writ petitioner has already re-deposited the said amount. He further produced an acknowledgement from the writ petitioner to the effect that she has received the first instalment of Rs.18,902/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Two only). The writ petitioner has accepted the order impugned in the writ petition and she has repaid the amount to the concerned Panchayat and hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition.
4. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
