This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records of the proceedings initiated by the Executive Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, Tirunelveli City, vide Case No.22 of 2015 dated 12.01.2015 and quash the said proceedings.
