This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents three to fourteenth not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents four to fourteenth gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the respondents four to fourteen gave a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Chennnai City alleging that the petitioner has defrauded them by giving false promise that she will make arrangement for getting jobs and received a sum of Rs.64,70,000/- and the said complaint is pending before the City Crime Branch, Chennai and no case is pending before the respondents 1 to 3 herein and hence the question of harassing the petitioner by the respondents 1 to 3, does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner of Police, Chennai City and seek appropriate remedy.
