IN CRIME NO.82 OF 2019 ... RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police instead of stay at Madurai and appear and sign before the Anna Nagar Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. for period of 3 weeks and thereafter as and when required and allow this petition.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7434 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019 insofar as condition to report before the respondent police, instead of stay at Madurai and appear and sign before the Anna Nagar Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are Government Servants and they are unable to stay at Madurai and sign before the respondent police and hence he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7434 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
