ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.32 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up on an earlier occasion, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) states that the petitioner did not appear before the respondent for enquiry. This is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.1038 of 2020 a case of job racketing. There are as many as 14 victims. The amount involved is Rs.32,00,000/-. The petitioner is said to have lured the victims to part with a substantial sum of money by promising employment in Japan. The promised employment did not materialise. The victims were taken to Malasiya and no employment was given. They returned home.

5. Since this is a case of job racketing and there are number of victims and a huge amount is involved, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
