ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1243 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that investigation in Crime No.1243 of 2021 is concluded and final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, in C.C.No.819 of 2023.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
