ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 4 to 10. Though notice served on the 2nd respondent and name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the 2nd respondent. In respect of the 3rd respondent, tapal returned with an endorsement 'died'.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this 3/4
petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 and 4 to 10 have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 144 days, however, on payment of costs.
