The petitioners who are arrayed as Respondents 1 to 3 seek quashing of the proceedings in M.C.No.10 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 2015 is closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below.
