Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to furnish the relevant particulars pertaining to a two wheeler vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 59AF 0996 for the purpose of filing the Motor Accident Claim Petition on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish the relevant particulars pertaining to a two wheeler vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 59AF 0996 for the purpose of filing a Motor Accident Claim Petition on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a Coolie worker and she met with a motor accident on 08.02.2017. The two wheeler involved in the said accident is bearing Registration No. TN 59AF 0996. He further submitted that the petitioner has sustained serious injuries and hence she lodged a complaint before the second respondent. Based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said complaint a case has been registered in Crime No. 20 of 2017 under Sections 279 and 337 of I.P.C. He further submitted that for the purpose of filing petition claiming compensation, the petitioner is required copy of the R.C and Insurance Policy of the aforesaid vehicle and also copy of the driving license of the person who was driving the said vehicle. Hence, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the second respondent on 03.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that within four weeks the second respondent will furnish those documents to the petitioner.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to furnish the copies of R.C., Insurance Policy and other relevant documents of the vehicle bearing registration No.TN 59AF 0996 and also the driving license of the driver who was driving the said vehicle at the time of accident, to the petitioner within 15 days from today (06.02.2018).
