ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused is the husband of the petitioner and he has assaulted the petitioner on 03.01.2018 and hence, the petitioner was admitted in the Government hospital and she took treatment as in-patient for three days and a complaint was lodged on 03.01.2018, before the second respondent, but, so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has sustained injuries, the second respondent is directed to expedite the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
