The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2024 and to file a final report.

2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that after conducting investigation in Crime No.2 of 2024, the second respondent police filed a referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy, on 18.01.2024.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
