ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that one Ramesh gave a complaint against this petitioner and only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are also directed not to harass the petitioner in the meanwhile.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
