ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his Manager in any manner except due process of law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that one Selva Ganesh gave a complaint against this petitioner and only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Second respondent is also directed not to harass the petitioner and his manager in the meanwhile.
