ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner's daughter in law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the second respondent called the petitioners stating that the petitioners' daughter-in-law has borrowed a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from unknown person. He further submitted that their daughter-in-law is not residing with them and that being so, the second respondent is harassing the petitioners by compelling them to pay Rs.2,50,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted

that the petitioner's daughter-in-law gave a complaint stating that her husband is working in abroad and the petitioners are not maintaining her. He further submitted that subsequently, she herself withdrawn the said complaint and hence the enquiry has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
